Join a Committee or Board
Volunteering for a committee or board is a great way to support and shape the future of our community by providing input into various municipal initiatives. Hornepayne residents, tenants or property owners who are 18 years or older can apply to serve on a committee and/or board.
If you are interested in applying, complete a Committee Volunteer Application and submit as per instruction on the vacancy posting.
Advisory committees
The Community Development Advisory Committee (CDAC) provides advice to Council on matters related to community development, tourism, and culture.
The Operations Advisory Committee (OAC) provides input and perspectives to Council on operational matters, such as waste management, cemeteries, infrastructure, and environment.
Boards
The Public Library Board promotes learning and community by providing access to recreational resources and information in a welcoming environment.
The Hornepayne Housing Corporation (HHC) Board of Directors aims to support the delivery of a variety housing services to current and future residents.
